I challenged Gina to help me find a home during at a very difficult time. As you know, we are in the midst of a national pandemic. A unique set of anomalous conditions has also somehow created a seller’s market. To make things more complicated, I was in the process of transitioning from Brown University to the University of Arizona and thus on the East Coast and largely only available to look at properties remotely. Gina did everything she could to accommodate my needs and find me a home. She continuously monitored new listings and was often on site the day properties were listed to see if they met my specifications. If a property seemed suitable, she made time to give me a video tour by phone. She provided invaluable advice in making reasonable and competitive offers, in negotiations for repairs and credits, and for interacting with my lender and title companies. She often worked late into the evenings and on weekends to ensure our offers were received promptly and we met critical deadlines. As this was my first real estate purchase, she also took extra time to explain the process and was patient with my family who were also involved. In short, Gina advocated for me relentlessly and I am very grateful. She has my highest recommendation and I will recommend her and Long Realty to anyone I know looking to purchase real estate in Tucson.
